Basic Function
We are looking for a Full Truck Logistics Coordinator who is primarily responsible for managing customer accounts across all aspects of Supply Chain Management and, secondarily, maximizing the productivity and efficiency of SAN carriers. Core accountabilities of this role include sourcing qualified carriers, lane and bid pricing, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring deliveries and pickups.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with dispatching and demonstrate a strong desire to grow within the company. This role requires a willingness to be cross-trained in all aspects of the department, including warehousing operations, small bids, and leadership development. Candidates should have aspirations of moving up within the company and be motivated to continue learning and developing their skills over time.
Emphasis is on Full Truckload, Intermodal/Rail, Partial Truckload, Expedite shipments, and load planning.

- Communicate directly with customers and agents to support supply chain-related transactions
- Schedule pickups and deliveries on spot freight by selecting qualified carriers to meet expected customer service levels
- Communicate with all involved parties to help meet customer needs and service expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with quality carriers
- Assist with spot quoting in a timely manner upon customer request
- Assist with bid pricing, quoting, and bid processes for both prospective and longstanding clients
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Support special projects as assigned
- Participate in a rotational after-hours shift
- 3–4 years of industry experience with FTL (Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed)
- Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency
- Substantial experience with DAT and Internet Truckstop load boards
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, or Polish is a plus

Salary
$50,000 – $60,000 per year
